All our products are made on site, and all by hand. We use only the best chocolate and the majority of our creations have all fresh ingredients with no preservatives. Truffles are our specialty, and we have almost 50 different flavors and we're always thinking about and trying new flavors. We love suggestions and have gotten many of our more popular flavors from our customers. Mudslide truffles are a perfect example. One of our brides, Barbara, came up with that and it's such a big hit. Personally, I love the Baileys Irish Cream truffles in dark chocolate...but that's subject to change as the new favorite may arrive next week! ~Jeanne
